The Old Neighbourhood

This is where we used to live 20 years ago. The only thing stillstanding is the grandiose Jumeirah mosque.
I'm grateful for that!
Walking down the streets, I still could recognize the feel of the old Jumeirah in these low rise buildings. Magrudy's is an education centre library, around where the old JAS (Jumeirah American School) used to be.

Totally unexpected, this little book shop looks like it's straight out of a British movie!
